Coaching for Job Interviews and Career transitions
I support professionals at all stages of their careers.
Whether you are entering the job market, are making a mid-career transition, or are seeking a senior level position,
I help identify and highlight your key skills and value added for the position(s) you are applying for.
This starts with creating a more impactful CV and covering letter and preparing for the job interview(s).
My interview coaching gives you an idea of what recruiters are looking for, what to expect at the interview(s) and how to deal with possible challenges.
I can also work with you on your longer-term career strategy, for instance, eventually entering a new professional sector.
I have coached countless candidates for successful job interviews in both the public and private sectors, including
working with public sector workers who wish to transition - temporarily or permanently- to the private sector, or vice-versa.
As a result I often work with the same client over a long period of their career.
My expertise in preparing candidates for the Competency-based interviews (CBI) required for positions in a large number
of international organisations has resulted in significant recruitment to:
- the European External Action Service (EEAS/SEAE)
- the United Nations system (UN, UNESCO, UNICEF, FAO, UNCTAD, etc)
- the OECD, the OSCE, Interpol, Europol, IEA, etc
- the IMF, the World Bank
In addition, as a frequent member of admission panels for competitive exams (French Concours), I help organisations and institutions select the candidates who will best develop their talent pool; I also coach candidates for the examinations that will facilitate their entry into the civil service.
